Had room 107, it's 10-15m from a bank of air conditioning units and heat exchangers as well as what appears to be a plant room. You don't notice the noise until the small hours when the continual drone wakes you and keeps you awake. They arecaware of the problem as they have added some secondary glazing to the window, it does cut some of the niose but there is still a constant drone. The good night sleep promise is a joke as they say you must find a member of staff at 3am to report the problem. I couldn't even find someone just after 9 am having pressed the call button several times, someone only came when a member of staff who was just coming into the building went and found someone, who quite frankly couldn't be bothered. The room could do with a proper clean as well the seat in the room had a horrible stain on it too.

Wow! What an amazing team. Especially housekeeping. They were all so helpful. I stay here often to see friends and I always have a great experience. Team that checked me in were friendly and helped me out at breakfast. The food was delicious. The bed was so cosy I didn’t want to get out of it! Towels were fluffy and I needed more toilet roll so the housekeeper came and sorted it for me straight away!

Staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent and they held it open for us because we were late! Facilities were fine. Good location. Unfortunately there was black mould around the windows. This can be a serious health hazard for some people.

Stayed at the weekend and from start to finish everything was fabulous. Easy to find with Trams outside. Nice welcoming check in and a clean room. We were out for the evening but breakfast the next morning was nice and fresh with unlimited coffee too. Will definitely stay again!

We Absolutely enjoyed my stay at this premier inn staff was very friendly room was clean & hotel was well managed the hotel manager was extremely professional and helpful we will most certainly be returning here again by far the best premier inn I have stayed in cot was there in the room on arrival fantastic service.

I recently stayed at Premier Inn Goldsmith Street and was thoroughly impressed. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who made check-in and check-out seamless. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience with great hospitality and breakfast. Highly recommended.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at premier inn (Goldsmith street) The staff went above and beyond to make our experience special, always being friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay!

Room was okay but a little bit grubby and outdated , there was a small stain on the bedding when I arrived and the shower head had orange staining on it , the toilet roll is cheap single sheet toilet roll ,bed was comfy if you like semi firm mattresses
