"Really don’t advise anyone to stay there, not sure how they got good reviews. Staff are dishonest people and service is just bare minimum. The outside looks nice but the rooms are stuffy and our fan was not working. They told us we could tell them if we wanted to switch to air con but when we asked, they said that it’s still considered winter so they can’t switch on the air con. We told them our fan is not working and they just told us to leave the window and door open??? What? Our room is on the ground floor and we are suppose to feel safe doing that? Worse thing is we accidentally left some money in the safe after we left, our fault but we called them and told them about so we drove back to get it, and they actually took about 300 Euros of our cash! Wow! Really, do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere if you’re looking for genuine service and honest staff. Really spoilt our trip and we felt so upset after that. Just couldn’t wait to leave the place."

"Good location across the road from the beach and plenty of private car parking. Breakfast was mainly flans, cakes and pastries with very little fresh fruit (only diced apple fruit salad?) and no hot items - not even a toaster. No customer coffee /tea machine - you had to order it. We had very poor sleep quality as our room must have had very thin walls - as we were kept awake / woken up by clearly audible TV and Talking noise from adjacent rooms - once at 3AM in morning! We had to go into Noto (very lively and scenic) most evenings as there appeared to be very few restaurants / bars in Lido di Noto."

"This converted Villa has been turned into a quirky hotel offering large bedrooms over three buildings. The hotel maintains its high class villa feeling with its layout, furnishings and décor. The pool and outdoor seating area spaces are relaxing without being cramped. if you don't have a car it's a 15 euro taxi ride into Noto. Noto is spectacular with beautify architecture and loads of restaurants. During our 3 night stay we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. They food, service and value for money was excellent. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful Would definitely recommend a stay at this fab hotel."

Drinks were served with extra snacks. The B&B was well located to visit the splendid cities Noto and Syracuse, and many others. Good pizzeria/restaurant is nearby across the street. We would recommend this lovely place, if there was not the terrible noise of the motorcross circuit nearby, as well on Sunday as Monday afternoon. Especially on Sunday it was not pleasant. "

"A shining diamond, steps away from the hearth of Sicilian baroque capital...that's Noto. A beautiful house with a section dedicated to hospitality. Few rooms, all gorgeous, with antique furnishings and stunning majolica tiles. Super comfy mattresses and a peaceful atmosphere. Excellent breakfast served in a well-manicured garden. The owner is a descendant of an ancient noble family. Cozy, elegant, and totally available to meet guests' needs. The Nicolaci suite, where I had the pleasure of staying, is the most beautiful of the suites. Spacious with two lovely beds. A large separate anteroom and an enormous bathroom with a crystal shower behind a two-person whirlpool tub. It'll be wonderful to come back soon. Goodbye Noto!"
