Amazing weekend getaway in a lovely location. Lovely room, nice dinner, helpful staff. Few negatives - old TV - no Netflix, no tea/coffee/kettle provided in the rooms, room telephone does not work so difficult to reach reception (long wait on direct number from mobile) we ended up walking down to reception to speak to someone. Overall a great experience and will likely return.

Great place to stay. A little out of town. Need to order a taxi from the centre in advance. But, good staff. Breakfast had a great selection: fruit, cereal, cooked breakfast, pastries. Beautiful surroundings too!

Booked through an intermediary and then changed the booking which the hotel dealt with and our room was ready when I arrived. Breakfast I would rate as budget, pineapple and melon was hard. Staff very pleasant and buffet we had at the wedding in the hotel we were attending was tasty.

Excellent staff helped to make our stay extra special. Spacious junior suite and good food at breakfast and lunch. Leisure facilities were great for kids

Lovely place. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the stay so much. It's not within the city centre but the greenery as you enter the property is breath taking. Will stay there again if we visit Norwich.

Really enjoyed our relaxing spa break break. Spa was available from 6am till 10pm with no pre booking which was superb. Building was clean, the young receptionist was ever so smiley and helpful. Great hotel in a central location. Our rooms were modern and clean with plenty of space. Breakfast was good and bar meals looked nice. Will rebook when visiting the area again.
