Premier Inn Northwich South

My family stayed here on a recent visit and I cannot praise the staff enough from Reception to restaurant, nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean and the housekeepers were extremely helpful. They ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious with a varied menu that catered for all. A delightful and comfortable stay that was great value for money - I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to stay in this area

Brilliant stay as per here, all staff are friendly and helpful, always feel safe and looked after at this hotel as a solo female traveller. Clean room and best nights sleep I’ve had while travelling 10/10. So convenient also having the restaurant so you have everything at your feet.

Whilst the whole site and bar/restaurant are very tired and shabby the room was OK - clean but a bit short on storage space. What prompted me to write this was the staff - almost all were more than helpful and intelligent (not the normal 20 somethings with no brains and no personality!). The staff more than made up for the other short comings especially Duty Manager Jason. We will probably stay here the same time next year (annual event attended) so it will be interesting to see if it has improved.

Staff although so stretched over both buildings could not have been anymore helpful. We found this hotel in an emergency due to being unfit to travel home due to food poisoning, we were accommodated and checked in for 11.15am. Our party had four adults traveling and needed three rooms. The hotel was able to accommodate us and it was a very reasonable price for the night (cheaper than anywhere else nearby). The three rooms were all spacious, clean and provided the much needed rest needed to recover. Two of the party who weren't effected made use of the adjoining restaurant/bar and staff let them know of locations nearby they may like to visit.

Well, the atmosphere within the bar was let’s say… dull. The bar and restaurant area looks out dated and non welcoming. No pool table, dart board etc to keep guests entertained.Complete waste of a pub. I was bored and went to bed early. 2 members of stuff to run a bar and reception, it doesn’t work. Waited 50mins for my food. The food was sub par. Only positive, the bed was comfy. Oh and the shower was nice.

Great service and friendly staff , the rooms are very clean and welcoming. The restaurant service was good for both evening and breakfast meals. We needed a taxi and there was a telephone service at the reception to use. A pleasant stay and would start again in the future
