Good locationg. Easy to go to town center. Facility is also good and clean. Just, room cleaning service should ask every morning. It was good to stay there.

Do not stay here. The rooms noise insulation is awful. Booked a Plus room. Family above. Constant noise banging feet until after midnight. Started again at 05.30. Can’t blame the family hotel just has terrible noise insulation. Plus the windows don’t open and the air con is like a mouse blowing on you. For a newish Premier Inn very disappointed.

Great hotel in an excellent location, reasonably priced and with very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms spotless, thanks to Gosia and her team; excellent, good value breakfast and thanks to Emilia for clearing tables and bringing food quickly and efficiently; and a very straightforward check in process, thanks to Gail. A real team effort making for a very enjoyable stay.

Staff really go above and beyond. Especially Katie Price and Justin. Glenn , Indra, Amiee all fantastic. Amazingly clean and fresh everywhere. Rooms super comfy and well equipped . Have stayed at Travelodge and Holiday Inn No comparison.

Excellent stay in a very friendly hotel. The staff were all welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Gail, Gosia and Amelia for being so friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, comfortable bed. Great walk- in shower. Very well situated for both the town and the rugby club

Spent a week in the Northampton town centre premier inn. Enjoyed my stay, room was very tidy on arrival and the usual layout which I like. Staff were very friendly especially Gayle and Katie who were very helpful both on terms of dealing with my questions and with knowledge of the area. Ie places to visit etc.
