Great place, very stylish and overall nicely decorated guest house. The parking is not an issue as you can park for free practically anywhere around the area. The host was also lovely ;) Highly recommend! ''Surprised to see people who complained about the location considering the location was their PERSONAL choice.'' Loved the location myself, quite and pretty residential neighbourhood away from noisy streets of Northampton.

I stayed in this guest house overnight, and must say it's a best place to stay if you want to feel yourself like at home. Honestly, I can't understand those who gave low ratings as even the pictures are taken not from this house. They don't provide breakfast option, and it stated on the description. But yet, there is a cattle and hot drinks in the room with fresh pana chocolates. The room I was given is so stunning! I felt like a princess from fairytale. Host Irina is very friendly. She contacted me straight after booking explaining me how to get there. She met me on the doorway, showed the house and my room. The whole house is very clean and tidy, and amazingly decorated. I would definitely recommend to stay in this place if you want to feel yourself like at home.

The room was beautiful with all that you could ask for and at an incredibly reasonable price. The host is lovely. There is plenty in the vicinity to do and places to eat are within walking distance. Have stayed here before for work and I will definitely be staying here again.

Very pleased with the room comfortable and lovely. Easy to find. Found somewhere to park. Overnight stay as going to a wedding so perfect location. Hostess kindly supplied us with taxi number to wedding and made sure we were well looked after. Kind regards Sue and Paul

Worst hotel ever stayed in. The bed was broken and the place smelt of cat pee. You could touch the sides of the room with both arms. Totally avoid. The owner wasn’t the nicest person in the world and the breakfast was two Panna chocolate and two bottles of water.

Parking poor. We had to go on the search for somewhere to have dinner before the engagement party we had gone there for. Location noisy. But a lovely room and hostess. Did the job for a one night stay. Limited places to eat nearby. A little hard to find. No breakfast facilities which may have been yseful, as we had to go on search for breakfast.
