No bathroom slippers provided and no dental kit available in bathroom, also their beds mattress are in very bad condition

Terrible hotel and its gm kuldeep is arrogant and doesn’t know how to run a hotel
stay was nightmare for us. Don’t have extra towels, no room service, only 2 staff for 40 rooms hotel.

The rooms in the hotel are smelly and the washrooms are poorly maintained. There are old and rusted taps and smelly and leaking commodes. The windows don't open to the balcony. Bad room service.
