Worst hotel of Lachen.As per TripAdvisor,this is 3rd best hotel in Lachen.Now i suspect on TripAdvisor team,they are not crosscheck and rank the hotels.From today, TripAdvisor has lost my trust.There is no light,how can to recharge my mobile or camera and catch photos of Gurudongmar lake.The purpose to visit Lachen if not solved,how can we say that this is best hotel. No TV was working for kids. When i complained manager of hotel group,he listened and not solved the issues in room.He avoided my next calls to solve the issue and atleast never said sorry.so dirtiest hospitality. No intercom & no drinking water in room.only bed to sleep !!

Worst. The staff horrible. It seems the management does not bother how their establishment is run. The staff looked fit to be in a road side cheap dhabha. Their personal hygiene was non-existent. They were unclean & unkempt. They cleaned the cutlery with the same rag piece with which they wiped the table. They were to be told many times to clean the table. Felt like committing when needed to enter the kitchen for some warm water. Left the Hotel with a day of stay left at personal loss

worst kind of hospitality u ever fell ,no staff cares for your needs .the day when we checked in no electricity was there ,stayed whole night blacked out. Food was terrible and cooked in an unhygienic way. hotel manager ws found drunk and all he cares is charging money for pathetic services offered. A BIG " NO " FOR ANYBODY PLANNING TO STAY .

We arrived at 7 pm in this hotel , no one in the reception, no manager and no responsible person arround the hotel. After 15/20 minutes few intoxicated (alcoholic)staff came to give our room keys and there behaviour was very strange. After enter the room ,we noticed the rooms are very dirty,bad smells, dirty toilets without water. Did not find anyone to report. Then one alcoholic staff came to invited us for dinner,but all foods arebad smelling. We asked one of the staff about the food ,he replied us , sorry those foods from previous days. Our kids are crying for food and found some Maggie from out to served our kids . Overall very bad experience,and if plan to go for this hotel please change your booking. We are the not only one suffer, another guests are also facing the same.
