Do not stay here! We arrived at the ginnel which leads to the apts, between a pub and hairdressers. We had to what’s app the apts, to then pay a deposit £150 for one night, upload your id then you were given a code, On the street there was overflowing dustbins and once through the ginnel it wasn’t much better, we were put in apt 57 which wasn’t too good but as we were only there for one night we thought we’d make the best of it! We were meeting some friends so needed to go straight out, before we went we thought we’d put the heater on timer so it would be nice and warm on our return. The boiler was showing an error code, so I sent a message via what’s app, they said “it was working yesterday when maintenance visited” well it isn’t working now! They asked me to send a photograph of the boiler code which I did. we were told they would visit the property and sort it for us. We then received a message to say they couldn’t sort the problem and we could move to no58, I sent a message back asking if maintenance could put the heating on so it would be wam when we arrived back. On arrival back at the apts we moved our bags etc into 58, it was freezing cold so tried to put the heating on! Nothing this boiler wasn’t working either, no heating no hot water. Next morning I sent a message advising them of this, no reply. This was booked via *********** so on our return I contacted customer service at ***********, yes they replied however after several messages they stood by Alexander apts comments, which said we never contacted them to inform them of the problem at no 58. I have a copy of this message on my phone which I sent to *********** but nothing! Very disappointed with both the apts and ***********, good money is paid in good faith however if there is a problem no one wants to know.
