Welcome to the beautiful house of North Port! House is located in the heart of the city, just 15 minutes to Warm Mineral Springs Park and 24 miles from one of Florida's best beaches and fishing places, less than 10 minutes to the water park and golf club. Close by Publix grocery store and Walmart. Our house is 1400 sq. ft. of living space. Fully Furnished. Three bedrooms and 8 sleeps. 70" Smart TV with a Netflix account included in a bright living room. Large kitchen with a huge eating area equipped with stainless steel appliances, toaster, microwave, and coffee machine. High ceiling, ceramic tiles, and hard floor, no carpet. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer, two cars garage. There is a beautiful pool in the backyard.There is something for everyone, you won't be disappointed!About pets:Pets allowed: less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:The pool has no gate or lock. Guests have direct access. Please supervise children and use caution at all times.
