SUPPLIES - To ensure your stay with me is comfortable, I've provided the essential supplies. This is just a little something to help you and your guests enjoy your stay. Please note, while this is intended to cover your stay, should you run out, additional supplies will not be provided. TV/STREAMING The property features all state-of-the-art smart TVs with access to streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, and more. Please note that guests need to use their own accounts for these services. I do provide cable TV. Enjoy your entertainment experience! PET-FRIENDLY . NO PARTIES/EVENTS We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any guests found to be hosting an event or party without prior approval will be subject to immediate eviction without the possibility of reimbursement. NO SMOKING INSIDE Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. PROPERTY MAINTENANCE We pride ourselves on ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. Should you notify us of any concerns or issues after 5PM, there might be a delay in addressing it until the next day. However, please rest assured, we will do everything within our power to rectify the situation promptly.
