The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is no hair dryer and no mosquito net so the room was full of insects when we checked-in. The shower is outdoor style with no shelter so it was difficult to keep the Insects out when showering at night - have to shower in the dark to avoid having big flies attacking you.

We adored this place. We stayed here as part of an Intrepid tour of Bali and Lombok and this hotel is fabulous. The location, by Mount Rinjani, is perfect and just by the entrance to the waterfall steps. The wooden cabins are lovely, really clean with comfy beds. It has everything you need, the food and drinks are great and very reasonably priced. The staff were fab too. You won’t get luxury, but it is very good value for money. We loved it!

Don’t stay here it’s that simple. I caught one of the staff wearing my baseball cap which was in my room. When I checked they had gone through my luggage and stole my cap. The whole experience ruined our time on Lombok and didn’t sleep that night worried about what may happen. Avoid this place there are far better around and feel safe.
