Good location on the edge of town but near superstore. Really nice chalet, very clean and well equipped. Great shower and heating. Lovely view (sea view chalet). Staff were, as always, friendly, helpful and professional. I’ve stayed here before and will certainly do so again.

The rooms are so comfortable. They are modern with everything you need in them, although the welcome packs could be a bit more better as the kitchen extras are clean but used. The staff are so friendly. I visited the shop on Tuesday and the girl behind the counter is so friendly and so funny I spent more time talking to her, she was a new staff member but she made that clear as it could take her a little longer. The only thing was missing was background music in the shop, the bar and reception as it helps to just block out the silence. The food in monkey puzzle is incredible. You can tell by entering this resort they are making so many changes and they are working so hard. Thank you again

Excellent stay. Apartment and beds are very comfortable, including a full kitchen. Food in the restaurant was very good and I took advantage of Steak Night and had an excellent T-bone steak. High speed wifi and a large table in the unit was useful as it was a working visit.

Fantastic, well appointed rooms with beds and pillows that were so, so comfortable. I don't know if there has been a recent refurbishment but I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the room The staff were really friendly and professional. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the centre and the beech

Lovely clean room, with a fantastic sea view! Bed was super comfy and staff very friendly. Shower was lovely and warm, had all the facilities you would need. The only little tiny snag was there was only 1 pillow each provided, but a minor detail really. Excellent value for money would stay again 100%. Thank you xx

Stayed for one night as had business in the area, would usually use Travel Lodge or something like that, but no chains in the area and I am glad of it this was much more comfortable and friendly. I hope my work brings me back here again to this hotel and area.

Love staying here. Have 15+ times now. Room is always clean and everything you need is there. Staff always friendly. Parking never an issue. Views are glorious and the music weekends are an added bonus. Little out of town but for me that’s a bonus. Perfect!

Our room was very clean and tidy with a beautiful sea view, and a lovely comfortable bed. The food was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends as it caters for everyone. We would definitely stay here again.

Staying a few nights for work excellent base, nice modern comfortable apartment had all I needed, and very nice restaurant on site good visit, hope to return. Could see in summer when all the facilities are fully open it’s a buzzing place, spa was open saw that but didn’t use.
