Knelle Lodge Apartment 1 Knelle Lodge is a large Edwardian House overlooking Saunton Sands, a very popular beach with both families and surfers. Miles of golden sand, vast dunes and the sea are minutes walk away. Top surfing beach Croyde and Saunton Golf Club are both a 5 minute drive. Knelle Lodge comprises 4 wonderful and spacious Apartments, recently refurbished to a high standard. Perfect all year round: Surfing, Walking, Golf, Cycling, DOGS... Apartment 1 occupying the whole of the ground floor has lovely windows making the most of the stunning views. It is very spacious with magnificent high ceilings and wooden floors throughout the Living Rooms. The Apartment comfortably sleeps 6. The Kitchen is a great Family Room with a very large Dining Table. It's well equipped with good quality appliances including Gaggenau hob, Lavazza coffee machine and Ruark radio. A door leads on to its own private terrace with Coffee Table, Chairs and Barbecue. On a sunny day, the Terrace is a fantastic place to relax, listen to the waves and gaze at the horizon and, if you're an early bird enjoy a coffee looking at the sun coming up over the Golf Course and Burrows. On a misty morning the view is magical! The Sitting Room, accessed from both the kitchen and hall, has a beautiful bay window with window seat to enjoy the panoramic views, comfy sofas and a Wood Burner for the Winter nights. The Master Bedroom has a high quality Superking Bed and is ensuite. Bedroom 2 has a high quality Superking Zip and Link bed. PLEASE REQUEST AT TIME OF BOOKING TWIN OR DOUBLE BED. Bedroom 3 is located up a little staircase and has 2 large single beds. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom. All bedrooms have black out blinds and curtains. There is a Utility Room with a separate Washer and Dryer, a fridge freezer (in addition to the fridge in the kitchen), and a Shower. Storage: secure outside storage for wetsuits, surfboards and bicycles (n.b shared between all 4 Apartments). Outside Shower shared between Apartments 1, 2 & 3. Parking: Private Off Street Parking shared between all 4 apartments; Apartment 1 has 2 spaces. PLEASE ALSO LOOK AT KNELLE LODGE APARTMENTS 2, 3 & 4 Garden access: The top Terrace is exclusively for use by guests in Apartment 1. The 2 lower Terraces are for shared use between all 4 Apartments. There is a Sunken Trampoline on the lowest Terrace. Please ensure that you read the Safety Notice located in the Apartment before using. Use is at your own risk. Dogs: we are dog friendly. We welcome 2 well behaved dogs. No dogs in bedrooms or on the furnishings & please dry wet dogs. Please be aware that the garden is not enclosed. The main road (B3231) runs close to the rear of the property and is busy. The Beach Drive at the front of the property can be busy, especially during Summer months. We charge £20 extra for 1 dog and £30 for 2 dogs. If you bring 2 dogs we need to collect £10 after you have completed your booking. Please enquire about other pets.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total).Please dry dogs. No dogs in bedrooms..About checkOut:Check out before 9:30 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No Stag or Hen Parties.
