Hotelnya mantabb , luas bersih, kolam renang nya jg nyaman, mall jg dekat tinggal jalan kaki, semuanya mantabb sich, mungkin kapan kapan mau nginep disini lagi. Parkir jg free , utk ketemu org lobbynya jg luas . Kebetulan sy nginep dikamar suit yg luas dan full kaca dilantai 9 jadi bisa melihat kebawah benar2 indah

Amazing a very clean tropical hotel. I love from the very start till.the end of our stay Keen smiley faces all over the places Guys - Girls around serving you. A large deluxe room, classic..warm..ye seem like a sweet Surrounded by garden and open parking space.. Very nice and recommended

23년5월8일부터 6월29일까지 약 2달간 인도네시아 출장와서 자바 팰리스 호텔에서 장기투숙을 했다. 4성급 호텔로서 직원들 모두 친절하며 그 중에서도 인도네시아 현지인이지만 한국말을 잘 하는 프런트에 Devina 직원이 있어서 영어와 인도네시아어가 잘 못 해도 생활하는데 전혀 불편한 점이 없었다. 다음에 또 여기로 출장을 온다면 이 곳으로 올 것이다. I went on a business trip to Indonesia for about two months from May 8, 2023 to June 29, and stayed at the Java Palace Hotel for a long time. As a 4-star hotel, all the staff are kind. Among them, there is a Devina staff at the front desk who speaks Korean well even though he is a local Indonesian. Next time I come here for a business trip, I will come here again.

this is my first time to Indonesia and i chose java hotel . here the staff is very friendly and enthusiastic, they are always smiling and give me a very comfortable feeling and I love the people and the country of Indonesia. The room is very clean and I am very satisfied with the hotel's services such as restaurant, swimming pool, … Verry good 👍
