Pior hotel que já fiquei, cheio de carrapato e tudo sujo. Não consegui nem ficar 2 horas e tive que ir embora. Cheiro de mofo. Atendimento péssimo na recepção. Ninguém se preocupa em atender bem o cliente. Teias de aranha

Awful customer services. They advertise on Trip.com that they have an airport shuttle, when they in fact do NOT. Trying to cancel/refund for this mis-advertisement will result in a denial even if you ask for the refund only minutes after booking.

The hotel was nice. The front desk was very helpful. My only problem with Trip.com they don’t pay the hotel. This is the second time I used the website and it was an issue where the hotel charged my credit card for the night I stayed when I had already paid thru Trip.com. So I’m in the process of trying to get a refund. I will not be using Trip.com for future trips. I will book directly thru the hotel site. One more thing the hotel site was cheaper than Trip.com
