Booked laundry package wasn't there, customer center couldn't be reached on site, service hotline couldn't help, didn't give out the contact phone number, so the weekend had to be spent WITHOUT bed linen, this was a huge annoyance, unreasonable, not justi

Der Check In Prozess war reibungslos. Die Unterkunft war sauber und komfortabel. Die Lage war einfach Klasse. Zentral und zwei Minuten vom Deich entfernt.

No spare key for the apartment available, not acceptable for families. Master key was looked for and entrance door lock on one side would be better (without blades on both sides) The bedroom layout is not good and the lighting could be better. Garden area
