El hotel estaba un poco escondido, pero es un lindo y cómodo lugar. La atención del personal es muy buena, muy servicial y atenta a cualquier necesidad. Lugar tranquilo. Estaba relativamente cerca de donde teníamos que trabajar, con lo cual todo bien con la locación. Las camas muy cómodas y amplias. Me gustó mucho y me sentí muy cómoda. Linda terraza

Good hotel, but very small elivator and durty sofa and chairs and small bathroom. The rest is good.

AC was not working properly, poor service

The stay was excellent. They took little time to allot a room as I was early. Overall experience was good.

Simple words it was worse. Not worry spending money.

Facilities: The staff interaction is really poor this time and my previous visits were impressive when the interaction with Ms.Pinki & Mr. Faizal there 2. The room facilities need to be more focussed .i.e. Airconditioning, TV where Netflix/Hotstar not working 3. The service of the kitchen personnel is not attentive over the call Food : Good . Location : Fine.

The housekeeping service is very prompt . the room is always very clean and everything in the place . specially the quality of linen is very well maintained not stain not wear and tear. I want to thanks to Ms. Ruma who always taken care and provide a clean room and bathroom. Restaurant Pinxx is also very nice.

Stayed in this hotel for 10 days in room no.520. all the staffs like Ram, Deepak, Ruma are very much supportive and ensuring to give all the basic needs like water, beverages available on all time. Ruma is very special she was like cleaning my room everyday to ensure it is hygiene. Definately Recommend.
