Kashoutei Hanaya arvostelua

和温泉街有一段路，但是安靜。第二次入住了，和十年前一樣，温泉、料理……一如既往的好！酒店有巴士送到登別站，非常方便，下次還會再光顧

非常棒的餐食出品，温泉很好

酒店不在登別温泉主街上，有幾百米的距離，所以附近沒有商店和超市。店家提供免費的飲料，泡池小，餐食一般。

房間非常寬敞，獨立的衞生間、洗漱間和淋浴房，兩個卧室都配了大功率的空調、戴森的加濕器和冷暖風機，客廳和其他空間也非常大。 二食的餐配得也很用心。在房間用餐，有工作人員把餐食送到房間，逐道介紹。贈飲也很豐富，還有非常好吃的布丁。 沒有私湯，公共温泉有室內室外兩個池，9人容量，提供浴巾、毛巾、各種洗護用品。房間配有浴衣襪子，非常周到。

日本的服務變得很差了！去前先用電郵詢問了接送方法，沒有收到回郵。結賬離開時店家沒有對客人作任何告別！這可是温泉酒店哦，是因為我們外國客人的原因？以後再也不會去這家了！

職員十分友善, 膳食可口

從平台預訂酒店到入住酒店之前，有整整一個月的時間，酒店和平台都沒有告知入住酒店的重要注意事項，導致入住過程非常曲折。酒店餐食分量也少很一般，服務態度很冷漠。

小さめではあるが、お風呂がとても気持ちよかった。 また部屋で食事であたため、ゆっくり楽しめた。 サービスも満足のいくものであり、また機会があれば利用したい。

i booked in ******* and it said there is a private shower place. But it is not in reality. I don't know is the ******* problem or the hotel which make me so inconvenient, especially i booked 2 room, together with my parents!

Perfect Noboribetsu Stay Loved every minute of my short stay at this adorable, tattoo-friendly ryokan! Both the indoor and outdoor onsen baths were clean and very relaxing, the kaiseki meals for dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the staff were friendly, extremely helpful, and accommodating. Totally regretted booking just one night! The next time I'm in Noboribetsu, I'll be sure to check to see if Kashoutei Hanaya is available for several days!

Great experience. 整體體驗很棒，若真要挑毛病的話，感覺溫泉池有點小，但其實也很夠了。

部屋をグレードアップしてくれて、良い部屋でした。ありがとうございました。

Smaller than other properties in the same location but it was a wonderful stay. Service was amazing, food was delicious and staff was very helpful.
