stay was very good. Staff was helpful and very nice . Location is also very good as it is in the middle of the city and is also near to the bus stop.

Rooms are dirty smell, fan is so noise, ac remote not available, no shampoo, no tooth brush and tooth paste, telephone not working it is bad experience.

No hygiene maintained. Not suitable for family stay. Make my trip had not communicated our stay to hotel, we had to beg for these rooms as it was 12am.

Suite room
1. Curtains were dirty
2. Sofas had cigarettes burn marks
3. No glasses in room (Provided disposable glass when asked)
4. No towels in room
5. Stains on table and floor
6. Room was stinking, Cleaning boy smoked inside the room while cleaning
7. Washroom leaked whole night
8. Location is a nightmare during peak hours. Hotel is in middle of a market

Not so clean, bed sheets not changed, no pillow cover, no proper blankets. Checkout in 10 min after checkin. Room has a bit of odour.

A group of boys were given room right beside mine on 28th, all night they were hooting and houling, with cigarette and alcohol staunch all over the corridor, it wasn't a mere nuisance, i was scared out of my guts, as to how is the booking and room allotment policy here, as i was a single female in a room. To top this, someone repeatedly rang my bell at 1:10 am, i was so scared and panicked, their room telephone to call the reception the phone doesn't work. It was a delivery guy, he came to the wrong room and despite being told by my colleague, who came from the other floor when i called, he kept ringing the bell even after he left. This place is shady

Not a good stay for business travelers, no cleaning, bathroom, blanket condition very bad, ac also not work properly, terrible experience not recommended, it kind of local lodge
