Hotel is out of city but near to itami airport, that is the reason i booked

家族旅行で宿泊しました。 前回、よかったので2度目の宿泊でしたが、 今回は本館だったためユニットバスで残念でした。 またアメニティもクレンジング、洗顔、化粧水などのアメニティバーがあるとよいと思います。楽しみにしていた朝食もイマイチでした。 でも、部屋は綺麗でしたし この時期に安価で泊まれたので、仕方ないです。

甲子園球場の利用でホテルを利用しました リッチもよく素敵なホテルでした！

Spaces and clean room. What I didn't like is the lightingFront dest staff was friendly and helpful. Just one of the male staff not friendly and welcoming. There is a ¥1000 parking fee from per stay. There is a train station and a shopping mall next to the hotel. Overall good and comfy stay.

Very organized, clean, and comfortable

極好的大型酒店，類似於國內四星級。 早餐很好，生魚片很新鮮。 位置在甲子園棒球場旁邊，週末可能很貴，但平時便宜。 酒店就在板神線的旁邊，從這裏到大阪或者難波，坐車衹要20分鐘左右 旁邊就有大型超市，十分鐘外還有大型商場，解決了買東西的所有需求。

It's great. If they can offer free parking (1000JPY) that would be even better.

環境優美舒適宜人

お部屋も広くて綺麗でとても良かったです。 最上階のお部屋だったので眺めもとても良かったです😊 朝食ビュッフェのメニューも豊富で満足しました。

初めて和室に泊まりました。お風呂はゆっくり湯船につかることができて、疲れを癒やせました。 ドアの閉開の時に音がなるのが気になりました。

友達に予約あげた。立地は便利で良かったと言ってた。

野球観戦の際に何回かお世話になっております。 お部屋は清潔感があり、スペース的にも申し分ないです。 お気に入りのホテルです。 今回は本館に泊まりましたが、清掃も行き届いていて古さは感じませんでした。 ただ１点、洗面台の蛇口部分は新調していただきたいと思いました。 昔からある蛇口を捻るタイプなので、泡の付いた手では使い勝手が悪かったです。 些細なことなのですが、その点だけ残念です。

Location and the accommodations were very good, being next to a small shopping complex and rooms were of good size.  On non-service days, rooms were at least replenished with amenities and the trash emptied.  The biggest disappointment was the breakfast buffet, which was very mediocre at best.  Breakfast selections lacked adequate meat dishes and did not vary in the 4 days we were there.  It would have been an excellent stay otherwise.
