"The rooms were small. Since it was newly renovated, the bedding was new. What was bad was that we booked three rooms right next to each other, but surprisingly, all three had different layouts. The bathrooms were tiny, with no separate wet and dry areas, probably to fit more suites during renovation. The service attitude was also poor; the front desk staff looked unprofessional and seemed lethargic, like they hadn't woken up yet, and didn't even know where the extra bed was supposed to go. There were only two hangers in the room, and when we asked for more for laundry, they only gave us three for all three rooms combined, with just one for each room. The worst part was that there was no water in the morning for brushing teeth and washing faces, so we had to make do with bottled water. Breakfast was also a disaster; it wasn't ready at the promised 7:00 AM, and many people were waiting. The kitchen had just started preparing it, so the quality and variety of the breakfast were extremely poor. This was the worst hotel we stayed at during our trip to Shanxi, and our experience was terrible. The price for this hotel wasn't even low compared to other local hotels; we only chose it because it was newly renovated. We hope the platform strictly monitors the qualifications of hotels listed to avoid affecting its reputation."
