My husband opened the door after she knocked, but she didn't say anything polite or ask if it was convenient. She just barged in. My child and I were lying in bed at the time. She grabbed the sheet and started shaking it vigorously, trying to put on the duvet cover. I told her to slow down, but she said it was clean and wouldn't work without shaking it, and continued shaking it. How are such staff trained? I don't know who gave her the audacity to be so rude.
