Location is convenient based on personal needs so for me the location was as expected.
Cleanliness and facilities were okay, the room and public areas show quite a lot of wear and tear but still okay for the room price.
Service unfortunately I cannot give an average rating anymore because basically there was no service. Hardly anyone is greeting you, during breakfast the only question I have been asked throughout my breakfast was regarding my room number when I entered the restaurant. You find an empty table by yourself, nobody offers you coffee or tea and nobody ever cleans the used plates from the table. So there is no service happening at all.
Disappointing.
