We were there with family and infant. At first day provided heater was not working and when we asked to replace it as baby will need it, they took that heater and came back with working one. On 2nd night around 4 AM when every one were sleeping heater's plug got fire and started burning, baby's mother was awake during that time due to which we are saved/alive otherwise who would know what would be the outcome of that. We tried finding some staff which went vein for 1st 30 mins, no one was available in reception (most expected place). Then due to multiple banging on door and noise a guy wake up from another room and came and checked and said that they cannot do anything so adjust in the same room as power is already cut so no issue now and wait till the morning. And in the morning a lady staff came and said that its there loss only as they have to get the room ready for next guests, and its our fault that we were using the heater at night. Now decide on your own, these type of people only needs money and do not accept a simple mistake. Mistake: they had replaced the original plug of heater(16-20 amp) with another one, and wires were not connected properly due to which it short circuited and ignite the fire. But they were keep on blaiming that we should not have used the heater at night. Check the pics, there is wooden frame in around the plug which caught fire instantly, if baby's mother was not awake at that time, it could have led to massive accident.
