Wow! I have been a Hilton fan for many years, and have had the opportunity to stay at many different properties. Where do I begin? I initially stayed 2 nights, but due to Hurricane Milton affecting my hometown, I actually booked a separate, third night when my flight was canceled. The doorman on the street level was outstanding every time. Manager Lucille was gracious and professional, and always called me by name when I was greeted. The front desk staff (I cannot recall all of the names, but Cindy and Tom come to mind), the restaurant staff (Santiago), and the bartenders, especially Dylon, were outstanding in every way! I truly hated to leave this property. During both check-ins, I was walked to my room by a staff member who managed my 2 bags. My rooms were quiet and yet convenient to the elevator. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the room was spotless. The outdoor rooftop area was a plus. The upbeat vibe of the staff was incredible, and I thank each and every employee! The hotel is a very short walk to the train station and to the tram. I hope readers of my review book a stay.
