Water view - Perfect location - Modern cottage in Niagara region

Spotless, beautifully renovated house. Ideal location close to the river, parks and town. Hot tub was a bonus. Really nothing negative to say about our stay, would recommend it to anyone as long as you can do stairs.

The house was beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless. The location is perfect for walking to theatres and eating/shopping downtown. The hosts are quick to respond to questions. I highly recommend this property for a couple, a family or 2 couples. My husband and I will definitely try to stay here again.

AMAZING! I travel and rent a lot of homes. This place is magnificent in many ways. Its remodeled and is better than the picture show, if that is possible. The location is fantastic. It only takes about 10mminutes to walk to Queen Street, where all the action is. The house is right across the street from the Niagara River. If you walk to the end of the street, you are in the location where the river meets beautiful Lake Ontario. Great for picture moments. You can see the fort across the water. I highly recommend a stay with Alan. The little, small touches, like coffee, creamer, live flowers etc... is very nice and thoughtful. Thank you for sharing your lovely property with us Alan, top notch! I would stay again.

This property was perfect for us! Comfortable couch and bed, great kitchen, two bathrooms, nice backyard all exceptionally clean. We could see Lake Ontario from the house, walk to Niagara-on-the-Lake and attended 5 Shaw festival plays. One day we rented electric bikes and road to Caroline Cellars for a slow, but good lunch. Had a fabulous dinner at Pellar Estates. Enjoyed drinks and chicken wings at The Irish Pub, drinks & dessert at Bacchus's patio, creamy goodness at Il Gelato at Carlotta's, and coffee at Balzac's. Hope to repeat this trip again in the future.

Modern cottage in tranquil location Clean and comfortable house; tasteful contemporary design inside with a lovely front porch. AC saved us during a heat wave. Hot tub a treat. Well equipped kitchen for basic cooking with possibly the sharpest knives any of us had ever used in a rental (hurrah!). Location is excellent: view of the river and right by the lake. Very quiet. Easy walk to town. We worked at the living room table, then visited some of the nearby wineries. Highly recommended.
