Delightful individual luxury accommodation
Possibly the most fabulous small hotel I have ever stayed at anywhere ok the planet. Whole property is truly focused on customer comfort
Everything about the property is indulgent and fabulous - the staff absolutely delightful
If you want to stay somewhere that had only 6 beautiful rooms in a location that is full of upmarket individual shops and small bistros then Then Scotsman at Niiagara on the lake is your dream destination - loved every moment there

The epitome of beauty, elegance, luxury and romance! Enjoyed a lovely stay with my wife for our anniversary here and we enjoyed every minute. We were in awe from the moment we walked in, the attention to detail regarding decor and the warm welcome from staff made us feel at home. We loved our stay and cannot wait to return!

This hotel is elegant and amazing! Everything is high end inside and out. The staff were SO welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing in front of our own cozy fireplace. The breakfasts were incredible - best Eggs Benedict I have ever had along with fresh fruit and baked goods. We had the most relaxing weekend and felt totally spoiled in luxury Thank you all of the staff for a truly memorable escape!

This is a spectacular property! Every single detail of this hotel was magical from the five star service, the stunning decor and design, beautiful bedding, charming details on everything! I cannot say enough about what a wonderful time we had. The hotel helped us book a private wine tour, we were so close to the shops, and walked to dinner! The breakfast on the veranda in the morning was also so delicious! We will most definitely be back.

This property is visually stunning. The design work which went into these rooms is incredible. I am rethinking my home based on the wallpaper alone! There is on site parking, turn down service, chocolates everywhere!!! Every small detail has been considered and done well.

The Scotsman was everything and more that we had hoped for. Absolute perfection… inside and out! The hotel transports you to somewhere unlike anything you would normally find….absolutely stunning! The staff is the same… warm and welcoming all the while being completely professional. They thought of everything also… we were celebrating my husband’s retirement and they congratulated him immediately on this! They had a wonderful bottle of bubbly waiting for us to start our celebration off! They even left an absolutely delicious little chocolate cake for us to enjoy when they turned down our bed for the evening…. As I write this I truly want to hug them all! They made us feel so special!!! We also sat out in their courtyard by one of the fire bowls while we took in more of the beautiful surroundings (gas lanterns everywhere you look!!) including the large gorgeous fountain that spills over and helps create such a relaxing environment! Our room was beautiful! The bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows… the linens/towels/bath robes complete elegance! I could just go on and on here… as I said… perfection everywhere! We absolutely loved our time here! Our breakfast was included and we are both still dreaming of the Eggs Benedict along with the wonderful presentation of fresh fruit, croissants, muffins…❤️
