酒店各方面都還可以，不過首先checkin 前台會問你加不加錢去有更好view的房 如果不加 有些前台會立刻變臉。然後，酒店房不提供拖鞋，牙刷和水，這些要自備的。但酒店位置是瀑布中心的 去哪都算方便。

We might have stayed at unprepared room. The shampoo and conditioner were empty so I had to call front desk to get it. According to a lot of reviews, there used to be some coins in the room to get water and pops from vending machines. However we couldn't find any coins from anywhere and we weren't even explained about that. There's no amenities except for Shampoo, Conditioners, Shower gels, Hand soaps, so I highly recommend bringing your own. Wifi also didn't work at all. Tried to connect but errors occurred. All employees were very nice, but service was poor and not worth it for the price and reputation.

作為一個國際連鎖大酒店，我認為還有許多需要加強的地方。 首先可入住的時間非常晚（下午四點以後） 再者，預定時已經選擇價格較高且明確標明為高樓層瀑布景觀的房型，照理來說，我所約定付費的價格是可以選擇到我想要的房型的，然而在入住前一天收到可提前選擇房型的連結，已經有許多房間無法選擇（所有比較好的房型都無法選擇），剛開始以為是其他旅客更早搶先線上check-in 了，但是到了現場櫃檯check in時才發現，事實可能不是如此，因為櫃檯人員極力說服我們現場多加錢換到高樓層+景觀房（問題是，我原本花比較多的錢就是約定高樓層+景觀房..）如果他所謂比較好的房型是可以選擇的（他提出的選項 有部分也是我預定付款時包含的房型）那麼為什麼線上check in時那些房型都是無法選擇的。除了叫我們加錢，其他我們詢問的事項都愛理不理的。 訂的是三人房，然而房內杯具只有2入，亦沒有提供任何瓶裝水，另外連垃圾桶都沒有套好垃圾袋，而是把垃圾袋丟在垃圾桶裡讓我們自己套。 優點是離瀑布景觀近，早餐也不錯

住在3216，比較邊邊角角的房間，看到的瀑布也比較斜一點。 房間很大很乾淨，翻遍了所有櫃子都找不到熱水壺，無法煮水；淋浴開關比較複雜，要將把手拉出來後再轉左右調整冷熱水。 早餐種類很多但味道普通，炒蛋跟omelette 一點都不鬆軟，muffin 吃起來像反覆退冰的口感，硬又難吃，現場也沒有烤麵包機可以再加熱，幸好飲料種類很多。 主要還是為了看瀑布而來，冬天的房價也相對便宜一點。

I went there with my wife. I love the environment. I also love the breakfast of this place.

호텔에 바람이 많이 불어서 소음이 조금 납니다. 위치는 좋은데 피어슨 공항과의 셔틀 버스가 없어서 아쉽습니다. 외국인이 오기에 렌탈아니면 짐들고 힘들어요 .. 뷰는 좋습니다!

Hotel room is super big is like suite. Price is reasonable and the room has the Canada horsefall view. Stayed at level 30 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Heard about some review said the hotel reception will ask you top up to change to room that has us+canada view but that didn’t happen to us. A very pleasant stay, breakfast is very good and there is a welcome drink to redeem before 6 pm haha. Tips: directly in front of the hotel got a funicular can bring you to the falls.
