It is a pretty good place as it is quite near to the Falls. The room was clean and nice as well.

Undisclosed fee for parking ($22) and a "building amenities fee" of a few dollars as well (explained to me as a fee "for using the building" ..???) = unethical business practices as far as I'm concerned. Building is poorly maintained, with torn, rippled carpeting, inoperable front doors, and an out-of-service elevator. No breakfast, just a high-priced neighboring IHOP. There's lots of better value, with more scruples, elsewhere in Niagara Falls. Skip this ripoff spot.

โรงแรมโอเค ราคาสมเหตุสมผล ใกล้ๆโรงแรมมีร้านอาหารเกาหลี อาหารญี่ปุ่น อาหารอินเดีย แต่การเดินไปน้ำตกค่อนข้างไกลไปนิดหน่อยใช้เวลาเดินประมาณ15-20นาที โรงแรมไม่มีตู้เย็น ไม่มีน้ำดื่มให้ น้ำดื่มที่มีอยู่ในห้องไม่ฟรี ต้องเสียเงินขวดละ$3.50 แต่โดยรวมถือว่าพอใช้ได้ครับ

Overall, it is a great budget place to stay. Close to main attractions. The room, while outdated, was clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Clean towels.

Very good location for a low budget hotel. Beds are very old to the point that mattresses are sinking. Some rooms have strong smoke smell and others in the bottom floors are very dated. I enjoyed very much the small pool since it was low season and I was able to use it with no crowd. Nice water temperature. Don’t expect any Falls view, it’s only a name attached to the area, you have to walk or use a very convenient bus that stops right in front of the hotel and it takes you to the falls view area very conveniently and cheap, great for elders and people with mobility challenges Overall, I was satisfied with the experience and stay

酒店距離比較遠， 價錢還可以， 但是泊車也要收費就比較 不好， 又要收什麼設施服務費， 結果 退房要收30元 加幣。 大堂有一間專做 pancake的餐廳 收費非常昂貴， pancake早餐也要30多元。

洗澡時玻璃門突然爆裂把七十七歲長者多處受傷出血叫了救護車處理一下。有照片為證。第二天**店長居然直接從信用卡扣了我們六百元加幣。説是長者砸了他的玻璃門賠錢。一個七十七歲的長者給把鎚子也砸不爛厚實的鋼化玻璃門的。**之徒。這樣一個黑店設備陳舊安全隱患很多。客服説他們的業務老師來處理已經八天了沒消息，希望攜程儘快溝通解決，拭目以待

房間乾淨衞生，餐廳服務態度非常好

酒店主要是太老了，設施老舊，椅子扶手是晃動的，衞生非常一般。房間裏的冷暖風扇冷風時沒啥問題，一開成暖風，一股騷臭味吹出來，嚇得趕緊關掉。員工正常。瀑布區的酒店都挺貴，即便是便捷酒店，所以這家的價格就很有競爭了。可以步行到瀑布。確切地説位置出於小鎮旅遊中心的邊緣。停車20美元一晚，另外還有個附加費，反正車和費共收了29.37刀。大堂連着IHOP ，入住時給了一張15刀的早餐copoun,一張20刀的晚餐copoun,優惠券是每桌消費算，小費18%起，可以選擇自選。酒店附近有一家25.99刀的buffet,一家韓國all you can eat自助燒烤，還有一家印度all you can eat。
