非常糟糕！ 此酒店唯一的優勢就是離州立公園入口很近，從後門出去就是 劣勢諸多： 1.酒店4:00之前都不能辦理入住，且大廳環境糟糕混亂，沒有專門存放行李的地方，所以想要放下行李去看瀑布非常不方便（我們的行李被隨意地放在一個看起來像是餐廳的地方，也無人看管） 2.酒店前台的服務人員態度極差，詢問的時候對你愛理不理，辦理入住的時候一邊和你講話一邊打視頻電話 3.房間的設施非常老舊，地毯有股怪味，我牆紙臟兮兮的，沒有燒水壺 4.幾乎無服務，我們房間的吹風機壞掉了，去前台拿，前台説沒有了，我們讓她們去空房間裏借一個，前台的工作人員查也不查就説沒有了，但實際上我們登陸他們的官網去看，還有空房間！前台説明天給我們送來，實際上第二天早上也沒有送來（在瀑布淋得透濕怎麼能沒有吹風機呢！） 非常差勁👎非常糟糕☹️ 可以步行到州立公園的酒店有不少，沒有必要因為這是最近的酒店就選擇他們

Расположение у отеля к водопаду самое близкое из всех отелей, бюджетный, бесплатный завтрак, при заселении дают попкорн 🍿

Good location, nice staff. Everything was okay. No better choice at this price.

Hotel yg menyenangkan berada di dpn tempat pemberhentian bus ( memudahkan kita yg menggunakan bus) sangat dekat ke taman tempat Niagara fall...bersih...

酒店位置特別好，窗外就是大公園，五分鐘就能到達瀑布，雖然離瀑布近但卻聽不到瀑布的聲音，隨時可以去公園逛逛；自助早餐也不錯，選擇很多，還有新鮮水果，自駕有停車場，坐火車離火車站也衹有幾分鐘車程，很方便，下次去還會住這裏，

Good location, very close to the falls and the Rainbow Bridge. Easy to walk from American side to Canada side. Room very spacious and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again if come to the falls next time.

위치 최고입니다. 숙소도 깔끔합니다. 조식도 맛 괜찮습니다. 폭포 뷰를 원하면 캐나다로 가셔야 할 겁니다. 직원도 친절하고 방도 넓어서 편하게 지낼 수 있었습니다.

It wasn’t so bad, but definitely not worth the prise during off season.

Anthony at the front desk was great, very helpful.  Great friendly smile at all time.   The evening lady was too, sorry, did not get her name. Great location.  Would definitely recommend.

Beware of this hotel! They will charged you the damaged deposit usd70 above (not credit card preauthorisation) and told you that they will refund upon check out time. After weeks you check your credit card statement the refund still not get in. You have to spent above one months to argue with them. Ask them to proved the bank receipt they just sent you their OWN payment receipt with own writing refund. They said don't find the bank receipt anymore. This the fraud payment case exactly!
