總統套房的房間很大，也很多，服務也不錯，個人感覺比洲際好一丟丟，就是年頭比較老了，傢俱磨損的有點嚴重，其餘都不錯~

房間面積很小，床上用品和衞生間潔具品質一般，整體性價比不高，早餐還不錯，酒店位置臨海，過馬路有自己的沙灘，周圍可以city walk，還比較方便。

總體環境服務還是可以的，早餐比較豐富，房間稍微有點侷促，陽台可以看到海景，但不是太正。酒吧晚上去可以看到超美夜景

這次春節出行住喜來登酒店，價格將近1500元間，住三天，説實話，本想這次憧憬的美好之旅變成了失望之旅。1、房間設施太老，好多櫃子門都是壞的2、地毯很臟很舊，有味道3、房間陽台玻璃門隔音實在太差了，整個晚上汽車喇叭聲、摩託車轟鳴聲以及海浪聲讓你無法入眠。4沒有人會講中文，問海洋博物館總枱那兒代售票嗎，回答我們新年不營業，其實我們打車去結果是營業的，氣不氣人。5酒店預訂好了，而且付擔保金，到酒店付款時一定要多付20多美金。怎麼鎖定好的價格要漲價呢？搞不清6最後還是要給一塊遮羞布，給一些面子，陽台海景很不錯，沙灘也很美。反正以後我不會再住這個酒店，面子和裡子不匹配！！！

洗手盆設計不合理，水龍頭太靠前而洗手盆又小導致很容易濺一身水，水龍頭是旋轉式的不容易扭，衞生間是木拉門又大又沉拉不動，五星酒店很重要的一點就是房間佈局和設計要合理，讓人覺得舒服，這一點沒有感受到。再就是房間很小，侷促，為啥這種房型還要叫特大型房呀？反義詞麼？ 早餐一般，不像五星酒店的水準，菜式上感覺主要是迎合韓國人口味，另外喝個熱牛奶還得去咖啡機上打，很不方便，家裡長者也看不懂，差點找不到。 總之入住體驗不好，不會再住。
