とても良かったです。お値段に見合うホテルかと思います。同じ建物内なのに屋上のプールが有料だったことが残念でした。

Ужасное отношение персонала. Приехала в отель в 9 утра, заранее подписала все документы и отдала депозит, сказали ждать, что напишут смс как будет готов номер. По итогу прихожу сама в 14.00 и там огромная очередь человек 30, пытаюсь подойти и спросить о том что «можно ли получить ключи, так как у меня все оформлено заранее», мне отвечают грубым тоном что меня даже не хотят слушать и я должна встать в общую очередь. В итоге я теряю ещё час своего времени. Взяла отель из за панорамного бассейна, который оказался платным ДЛЯ ВСЕХ. разочарование. А в бассейне который для жителей находится на 6 этаже и там очень много людей и он грязный. на кровати при заселении был клочек волос, не приятно. Вообщем не советую.

Отель находится в центре, возле самого моря. Вид отличный, комната небольшая, но уютная. Убирались ежедневно. Смутило одно – два таракана, живущих под раковиной. Если не обращать внимание на это, то всё замечательно.

Панорама — Это отель, у которого несколько владельцев, именно этот владелец топ. Номер немного потрепан, однако он чистый, кондиционер холодит отлично, постельное белье меняют каждый день, уборка каждый день, 24/7 на связи консьерж по вотсапу, ответит на любые вопросы

The hotel is located in the heart of Nha Trang. So going to beach or walking the night market was a step away. The staffs was extremely friendly and helpful. The only downside was the early morning activities, around 5am, for the local was loud. The speakers they used were very loud. Other than that, it was very pleasant .

My wife and I only found out the following after we arrived: There is a Condotel Panorama. There is no hotel Panorama. The condotel rents out many rooms to a businessman. The businessman rents out these rooms to me. Condotel Panorama disclaims responsibility for the businessman's actions and their only function is to register you. The businessman who rented us this family room had ONLY ONE family room on the 11th floor. And the photo of someone else's room is from the 30+ floor. This is a scam, like most ads from Condotel Panorama. Businessmen take other people's photos, you arrive, and it turns out that you have the wrong room at all and nothing can be done about it, because Panorama bears no responsibility for this. Now about the hotel itself: Soundproofing: 1/10. You can hear what they are saying on the street, there is a concert stage nearby, the central street of the city, Reception, lobby: 1/10 1 point, because they checked us in quickly. The elevators are terrible, the ceilings drip, 10+ people get into the elevator. There is also no automatic elevator call switch and you stop at almost every floor when you go. The hotel service is completely absent. Rooms: 3/10. We saw a cockroach, mold, the sofa smelled of cigarettes (smoking is not allowed in the hotel), the bed linen was washed poorly. Also at this time in Vietnam the air is humid. And when we arrived, the windows in the room were open, because of this the bed was very damp. Good view from the room, but probably from the 20th+ floor. No one will replace a bad room, the answer is: "you booked it yourself" The worst experience of staying in my life. I booked a high room in a 3-star hotel based on a photo, but got a low one with cockroaches, mold and a wet bed. The hotel service did not help in any way, answering that "we have nothing to do with the rooms". We immediately checked out to another hotel. Panorama and this particular owner of the rooms is a dump and a scam on the level of a cheap hostel for $ 5. It just looks like a hotel. Never stay here. When moving from here, I went to more than 10 hotels nearby in the center, everything is much better.

위생상태 최악임

가격이 싸서 기대를 안했는데 정말 만족스러웠어요 방도 넓어서 4인이 이용했는데 충분하고 통으로 오션뷰라서 최고였어요 추천!

내 생각에 냐짱에서 가장 가성비가 좋은 최고의 호텔 이번이 3번째 투숙. 주변에 많은 맛있는 식당과 마사지샵이 많고 해변과 야시장이 바로 옆에 있어서 여행객에게는 최고의 선택이 될것같아요 40층에 있는 유료 수영장의 뷰는 너무나도 아름다웠습니다.

Вид на море с 17 этажа потрясающий, особенно рассвет. Номер довольно просторный. Есть стол для работы, кухня. Туалет с окном тоже очень понравился. Из минусов приходится ждать лифт несколько минут.

Не предложили помочь с трансоптировкой чемоданов. Не заселили вовремя, хотя уточняли время прибытия через WhatsApp

Отель расположен в самом центре, до моря 2 минуты, а рядом полно магазинов. Номера хорошие, убираются каждый день. Из минусов: очень долго ждать лифт.
