ホテルの位置、綺麗さは納得りました。 ただ、ホテルの案内がすごくめちゃくちゃでした。 サイトにはチェックインデスクはないと書いてあるのにチェックインは入口入って右のデスクギュウギュウにチェックインされるしお部屋の数がたくさんあるのにエレベーターは半分しか使えなくて部屋から1階まで5分以上かかるしで時間に余裕がないとバタバタしてしまいます。 チェックアウトも保証金をすぐ返してくれず10分以上待たされ返されましたが次のスケジュールに遅れてしまいました。 時間に余裕がある方はおすすめですね！ 屋上にあるプールも360度のプールと楽しみにしてたのに使えないの一点張り理由も教えてくれずがっかりでした。

A long waiting for check-in / check out, there are no enough staff at the reception. 4 on 8 elevators working conducting to a long waiting ( always between 10 and 15 min) to go up or down.  The flat in itself is spacious with a great balcony, but everything is used … rust, closets door broken, lights  broken, mold … I will never come back.

Расположение отличное, отель красивый, очень понравилось. За исключением уборки номера!!!Горничная не дала полотенце, сказали администратору, а через несколько дней с нас взяли оплату за полотенце, испортилось всё впечатление об отеле.

オーシャンビューのお部屋で景色が素晴らしかったです。お部屋も広々していて快適に過ごせました。シャワーも流量、お湯の温度もなかなかでした。海に行くにも、どこに行くにも立地が良く便利でした。お手頃価格で良い宿泊ができました。

Тараканов куча. Когда зашли первый раз в номере то он весь провонял средством для борьбы с ними, но это не помогло. Тараканы в номерах. Очень шумно вокруг. Толпы людей на ресепшене и в лифтах. Плохая уборка. Бассейны с ледяной водой.

Khách sạn gần biển, vị trí thuận lợi. Gia đình đi vào dịp Tết nên không được nhận phòng sớm, phòng thoáng, view biển đẹp nhưng không ngắm được pháo hoa. Gối và trải giường chưa sạch lắm.

Все хорошо но с лифтами напутано при выезде с 10 этажа 15 минут не мог ухать. Лифты приходили битком.

We would like to visit Nha Trang and stay in Panorama again! Perfect location, many restaurants and coffee shops around. Beach is only 3 minutes walking. The only problem is check in - too many people at same time. In total we enjoyed our stay!
