Family trip Hotel is nice and clean, great location for local beach, one member of staff was lovely/ lady in her 50s, she was super helpful and kind but others were rude on reception. Pool was great for kids

Great clean stay 1st Room noise anove bar . Asked to move which was done first thing next day . Staff very friendly, especial in dining hall .

Excellent friendly staff always helpful. made to feel welcome. Rooms clean , fresh towels when requested. Bar service excellent with Daniel always on hand. Front office with Julie and others friendly ,efficient and helpful. Short walk into "town". Would return.

Brilliant hotel and excellent value for money. Perfect for our holiday break away to Cornwall. Brilliant location, friendly staff and fab indoor and outdoor pool. Our family room was clean and spacious. Brilliant hotel and excellent value for money.

Good hotel for family Room was clean and good. Front desk were very much welcoming and supportive.

A great stay Booked this last minute and so glad I did, we only stayed one night but the staff were lovely, the room was clean and pool although small was great. Close enough to the town centre that you could walk in and far enough to get a good nights sleep. Would definitely recommend a stay in this hotel.

Bad birds Always a nice clean hotel but wasn’t impressed with my room this time due to where I was situated right above a roof where all the seagulls and pigeons seem to gather kept me awake most the night with their noise

Cold shower The shower was cold and breakfast was expensive what you got. Also had noisy neighbours which isn’t the hotels fault but the walls are thin.

This visit was part of a coach Tinsel and Turkey trip. The hotel was a good choice. Our room was nice, the food was good and the staff were excellent being friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for the town even though it was at the top end of town.

Stopped on a Turkey and Tinsel tour, see view upgrade is overpriced at £60 per couple for 4 night stay, meal times need to be sorted 3 coaches at hotel and we were told our sitting time was 7.30pm driver tried to change time and was very rudely told No can do, by the time you finished eating there were no tables and chairs in the bar to watch entertainment coffee would be nice to have after eating evening meal in restaurant, some staff in the restaurant and on reception restaurant and on reception were very rude, need customer service training, young lady behind bar at night time was VERY pleasant and helpful and stood out from the rest of staff Overall hotel clean and good location, meals were good with a good choice to choose from just sitting times needs to be sorted.
