We originally hadn’t planned to stay in a B&B, but after our camping trip was cut short by bad weather and some damaged gear, we were lucky enough to find Jasmine House and what an absolute gem it turned out to be! Booking was incredibly easy and smooth, and to my surprise, a room was ready for us within just a couple of hours. The host, Cindy, messaged me straight away with all the details I needed. From the moment we arrived, she was so warm, friendly, and welcoming truly someone who goes above and beyond for her guests. She connected instantly with my 8-year-old daughter, and during their chat, discovered that she loves unicorns. To my daughter’s absolute delight, Cindy switched us to a unicorn-themed room a thoughtful and magical touch that she will never forget. It made her feel so special, and that alone made the stay worth it. The room itself was spotlessly clean, the bed was super comfy, and the breakfast was perfect everything we needed for a restful and recharging stay. The house was peaceful and quiet, with the bonus of on-site parking, which is a huge plus in Newquay. I only wish we had more time to stay longer. Jasmine House turned what could have been a stressful situation into one of the most memorable parts of our trip. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area especially families. It’s rare to find somewhere so welcoming, thoughtful, and relaxing. Thank you, Cindy, for your kindness and for making our stay so special!

Guest House awful! Firstly the Tv wasn’t working which was like a very old model from the 90s / the Wi fi wasn’t working which was advertised! After mentioning the tv we had to wait around for the owner to try to fix and on our return after popping out a similar model was put in another area with the wires and extension plug in the way by one side of the bed ! We also tried 3 times to make contact with the owner at ! Also you asked us to make contact least 48 hours before with the owner and I left 3 voicemails with the lady over 2 days until they she got back to us due to her voicemail machine apparently not working! Also whilst making a cup of tea we discovered that the milk had gone off in the jug in the fridge which clearly had not been replaced! The toilet didn’t flush properly which took 6 attempts and using water from the sink using the kettle to flush down ! Lastly we couldn’t sleep through out the night due to running water water which we assumed was a water leak due to toilet but realised it wax the water pump to the Koi carp fish pond which had been turned on later in the evening and due to the heat we had to keep the window open ! We had an awful time,and paid good money to stay there! Absolutely disgusting and wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. Regards Vanessa Pike .

Great 😊 A place with a lot of heart. Clean, toiletries provided. And coffee, tea, milk, chilled water and snacks replenished daily. Handy for the main road, beaches, brilliant bakery opposite. Kind host. Just right for an inexpensive, well-located stop-over if you’re not fussed about it being modern.

Beautiful place , which is near town , also had little extras like fresh milk , chocolate and sweets in the room , also breakfast had so much choice including fresh fruit and cereals ,and full English , plus we also had a cream tea with jam and cream to have for later , the host were a lovely couple, will definitely return xx

Amazing stay, we didn’t want to leave! Super friendly hosts, amazing modern rooms, very comfy beds, the little extra touches in the rooms were lovely, and I would recommend the hot breakfast! It’s in a great location to! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!

Everything about this B&B was exceptional!! The owners were so lovely and very accommodating. We got there 4 hours early and just wanted to park up to Wonder into town, we let the owners know and our room was already available so we checked in early with no issue at all! We had the room with the pool table and with 2 teenage boys, it was perfect! You can pick what time you want breakfast. Nothing is to difficult for the owners. We left early on the last day and the owners gave us things for breakfast to take with us as we wouldn't be there. Honestly it was such a wonderful break away. 5 minutes walk into town centre and closest beach! Pet friendly. Big spacious rooms and room for parking. Brilliant selection for breakfast options and they would even go out and get something for you if there wasn't something on the menu you wanted.

Lovely stay, hosts are very nice, helpful and welcoming really can’t do enough for you. They take pride in what they do and go the extra mile. Room was spotless, fresh towels provided every day along with milk, water, tea coffee even crisps, nuts and choccy! The breaky was lovely and very reasonable for what you get, would definitely like to return at some point
