Premier Inn Newquay (Seafront)

Amazing hotel stay the most welcoming place to stay staff were lovely especially the lady with red hair i didn’t catch her name ! i stay here every year and honestly do not have anything to complain about the cleanliness of the hotel is immaculate and 100% makes you want to return ! See you next year or maybe later this year for another hotel stay ! And once again thank you for my amazing stay ❤️

We had a wonderful 6 day stay. The staff where so welcoming and helped us with all our questions . Racheal was fantastic and you are very lucky as a company to have a gem working for you. She made us feel so welcome, nothing was too much trouble for her. Lovely person , and she made our stay enjoyable. Why is she not a manager l cant understand ..You need to use Racheal and mirror her wonderful skills with the other staff. We will come back one day and l hope to see her again ..Mr & Mrs Heera ( B'ham)

Great price room with amazing view. Check in 3pm or £15 extra. Comfy bed great night sleep. Happy hour 5pm till 7pm great win. Rooms not serviced unless requested. Coffee machine in room. Staff friendly. Option for meal package available. 10 min walk to Station great location.

Given its location you could be fooled into thinking it’d be a jewel in the crown of Premier Inn portfolio but it doesn’t feel like it in any way. The machines at reception to check in at were out of action and at 3pm a queue had already formed. The restaurant is not fit for purpose at breakfast time with insufficient number of tables. Choices can be limited with some items running out or not being replenished quick enough. No free parking on site included. We stayed in the council car park (really close) around the corner and for 48 hours paid less than 1 day at the Premier Inn car park.

Stayed here on Thursday/Friday. The lady on the check-in desk was lovely and chatty. Our room was great, no complaints. Breakfast was good. The only issue is the parking, we had to park at the train-station, luckily it is only a 2-3 minute walk away.

Staff are not customer friendly and don't want to be there, you have to go looking for them if you need anything ps. normally eating in the restaurant in the morning. Check in a joke can't be bothered to look if they can book you in early and wait until exactly 3pm to check you in so there's a big queue of people. Had no hot water on Saturday and the kitchen hand was going round rooms to see if he could fix it ????
