The office door was always locked when visiting the hotel to check-in or during check-in in June 2022 The front desk staff's very rude attitude and attitude toward customers were lacking, giving reasons such as locking the office because it was late. The Motel room after I checked in was also not clean with a strange smell and cleanliness. I would not recommend the motel to tourists looking for a place to stay in the area.

Came to Newport for a wedding. Didn’t want to pay $400-$500 (or higher) a night at the chain hotels in the summer in the Newport area. I was a little skeptical at first but this place was a family run hotel and was nice and clean. The staff were super friendly. It was approximately $160 for the night. The hotel is close to downtown Newport….roughly a 10 minute UBER ride. Check out is a little early at 11am. No frills hotel but I would definitely stay again.

This was a great option for the price we paid! The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely return.

Internet and tv did not work. There was nobody there when we wanted to check out at 8:30. we were told later that we should have left the key card in the room.

Close to Newport without the marina hotel’s prices. We Uber for about $10.00 to all of the nightlife in the downtown Newport area.
Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Cozy beds. Great prices. We’ve been staying here for years.
