This clean, charming home is located just steps away from Newport's finest restaurants, vibrant waterfront, shopping and nightlife. The condo can accommodate up to 4 guest with a King bed in the Master Bedroom and comfortable Queen Size Pull-Out in the Living Room.
There is not a reserved parking spot associated with the condo but there is a large public parking lot located directly adjacent to the home. The cost from May-October is $20 per day $30 overnight. Parking from November-April is free.

When can we come back!
This beautiful clean ideally located apartment slept my husband and I and our teen daughter perfectly. Convenient easy parking right across the road and a step out to the heart of Thames Street. Communication with Troy the owner was so easy with immediate response. We are already planning when we’ll come back! 10/10!

Great location
We were in town for a (running) race but also wanted to spend time wandering around town. This rental was the PERFECT spot for walking / shopping / dining, etc. The bedroom is at the back -away from street noise- and was quiet. Would stay there again.

Excellent all around!
My husband and I stayed in this lovely condo for a few nights. Troy answered any questions within minutes and was super responsive. The place is convenient and walkable to many many sites, and it was very clean and comfortable. Location is easy walking to restaurants and museums. We could not have asked for anything more! Thank you Troy!

Little Gem
The property is the perfect little spot for two in a great location . Walking distance to the shops , restaurants, and sights of Newport. The apartment is immaculate and well stocked. Outstanding value. We highly recommend.

Great base to explore Newport for a couple of days
Fantastic location for a short stay in Newport on our East Coast road trip. Nicely appointed 1 bedroom apartment with a responsive owner.
