Slow check in, which is a surprise, however this was because someone was making a booking and paying cash. when I say cash I mean lots of small notes and coins. Once they had finished, it was a breeze. Car Reg entered onto their system to initate the free parking. My first night I was in room 101, an omen perhaps, This was by the main staircase and the noise of people going up and down the stairs resonated into the room, all night, 2am. 3am,4am. Where do these people come from? I was moved to room 108 for the next night and peace returned. I had breakfast in the Beefeater next door, great selection of food available.

Stayed here for a family occasion.Room excellent for the price paid but biggest selling point is the staff and I have to mention Balazs,what a guy,his interaction with costumers is exceptional.He just made our stay.Warm friendly and so accommodating he interacted with us to such a standard u would find hard to beat.He is an example to any one that wants to learn about customer relations.Ye have a gem here,I hope ye appreciate him from the Irish crew whose whit u may of found frustrating but u took it in your stride.Enjoyed the craic and thank you

Been staying at this hotel for years, Always know what your going to get the staff are amazing so knowledgeable and nothing is to much trouble. The rooms are really clean even though this hotel has been around for a while its still very clean. we will always stay here

Lovely hotel. We have never visited the island before so picked a Premier Inn as you always know what you’re getting. This one did not disappoint rooms were clean, staff were great and free parking was a bonus as so many Premier Inns charge these days.

A lovely return to this fabulous Premier Inn My family and I always have a great stay Wonderful, attentive team who really do care about us. A very clean room, and great food in the restaurant next door Thank you for looking after us we will be returning again later in the year.

Stayed here as part of a small reunion group. Newport has changed not for the best! but this hotel great. Perfect location with a beefeater next door. Parking was included which seems to be a bonus on the island these days Rooms are clean and the staff very good This hotel really help an old group of men enjoy their reunion thank you

What a lovely hotel. Very clean, great location with free parking as a single female I felt very safe and the staff were amazing so friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing was so much trouble. The room has tea and coffee making☕️ my facilities. Brilliant stay

Lovely clean hotel with kind caring staff. The Beefeater staff were also kind and helpful and the food was nice too. I had a view of the river from my room which was a nice added touch. There were lots of car parking spaces and I felt safe and looked after during my stay

Convient location. Lovely hotel, older hotel, but it doesnt matter as its still lovely. Rooms are nice, had a room over looking the river which was good. Beefeater next door with a good menu, free parking. Short walk to the town centre too. Will be back
