Wonderful greeting from receptionist, very professional and first class service. Room was easy to find and a lift if you required one. The rooms were clean and had everything you needed. We didn't eat at the hotel on this occasion. Parking was convenient, but as the parking is first come first served, you will struggle especially on race days. On the whole, great hotel and perfectly situated for a stay in Newmarket.

Premier inn Newmarket is ideally situated for the Town and Racecourse, the hotel is very nice and all the staff are helpful and friendly, all the restaurant staff are very good and the reception staff always want to help in any way, the hotel Manager Amanda is especially friendly and helpful she spent alot of time helping me with questions on the train service ect she rang around and solved my problems I was very impressed, I was impressed with everything at the hotel,

Lovely stay at this hotel. Jenny and Tom at Newmarket were great- nothing too much trouble at dinner service. Great service and bothing was too much trouble. Woukd stay here again. Thank you for a great stay. Would recommend to friends and family. X

Excellent stay after my daughter’s wedding. Staff were very accommodating. When they noticed I was disabled, they automatically upgraded my room so I was more comfortable. The room I stayed in was really adapted to suit physically disabled guests. The bathroom was very suitably equip. The staff were really friendly & helpful.

Room was great but no ‘extras’ like tissues, shower cap etc. bed was very comfortable. T. V a good size. Tea and coffee making was good. Air con is very noisy. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. The staff were the best I have ever met at a premier inn, really friendly, helpful and welcoming

A good premier inn , all your standard needs filled . Large comfy bed , clean room and we managed to get one of the premier inn free car parking spaces which were a very short distance from the front door. No faults apart from one time we waited at reception and no one in attendance after a while of waiting , wasn’t urgent so left and visited on our return to hotel instead .

Great central location just off the main street. Whilst it clearly states free parking across the road was limited had no issues finding a space for the three nights we stayed. Customer service was exceptional and appreciated. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Extremely impressed with the professionalism and support given to our family. Our son has complex special needs. I called ahead and the gentleman on reception couldn’t have been more accommodating. The restaurant staff were really friendly and efficient.

Room clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay with the exception of tea/coffee sachets. These were all readily available in reception. Unsure if room should’ve had some in or whether policy has changed? Wasn’t mentioned at booking in stage. All you can eat breakfast at £10.99 was good value with a vast choice of cooked and uncooked food. Thumbs up to Dermot who managed the busy breakfast room. Very composed and attentive.
