Very clean rooms and friendly staff, when heating wasn’t working in our room they were very efficient in changing rooms for us which was lovely great value for money and good location to go out and about on the town would defo stay here again near summer

Easy location to find with easy access to parking facing the hotel. Good friendly staff throughout, bright, airy rooms, no noise at night, and good easy access to restaurant delivering very good food at breakfast and in the evening. Overall, very satisfied and highly recommend this location.

Fantastic Premier Inn we were there early so managed to get parked fine we left our bags with reception while we went to have lunch as check in wasn't until 3pm when we arrived back the lovely man on the front desk had taken our bags to our room for us and also left a lovely gift in there for us and the children ( was such a lovely touch) this is the biggest family room that we have stayed in with premier inn, it was big and lovely and clean staff were all really friendly breakfast was also lovely! We will defiantly be back!

On arrival I was greeted by great staff that checked me in quickly. The room was spacious and clean. During my stay the guys on reception were really helpful. Specifically a man called Marco who suggested great places to go and see whilst in the area and was overall chatty and helpful. Great service

The hotel staff were the best I think I’ve ever dealt with in 30 years. Couldn’t help enough went above and beyond I would stay here again just to come back for leisure. Absolutely amazing I highly recommend this hotel and I stay in a lot and this is the first positive review of this magnitude I have ever done. 👍🏼

Accommodation was as per standard Premier Inn, okay with more than normal noise from other rooms, but bearable. I’m the morning I came done for breakfast and joined a queue waiting to be seated and fairly empty restaurant (8:30am). After waiting about 10 minutes for a member of staff to appear I walked past the queue of people and made my way to a table. I found the staff having a chat and a coffee around the corner and told them of the queue. I then waited another 10 minutes or so for someone to come and check my room number and take an order. Still not luck and could find any staff in the restaurant so went to reception to order to be told I’d have to find the hiding staff in the restaurant. I managed to order eventually but this was bloody ridiculous. I would have complained at reception on my way out but now it was their time to hide and I was also running late after playing hide and seek with the restaurant staff. Not happy!!!
