Tunsin puhdistus voisi olla perusteellisemmin, varsinkin kylpyhuoneessa, koska kukkula oli näkyvästi vaaleanpunainen. Oli myös pölyä työpöydän alla ja tuolin takana. Melu oli myös ongelma meille. Ymmärrän, että tämä ei ole syytä hotellin vaan vieraiden, mutta melu matkustaa melko helposti, joten heräsin myöhään ja aamulla. Ovet voidaan säätää, jotta ne eivät kellu, ja huoneet voidaan äänisuojata paremmin."

Casey was helpful when explaining about the new recycling policy and she always had a smile on her face and nothing was to much bother for her, Dawn was lovely had a wonderful welcome when we arrived smiling face and straight away offered help had our rooms ready as we paid for early check-in. Dawn runs a tight ship professionally but always welcoming, we are coming back for sure."
