位於老城區。周圍景點很多。 但是提前幾個小時入住也要收費。

Convenient location in city centre, the room was same as shown on the photos, spacious. Comfortable stay.

Our room stank of smoke, it was obvious someone had smoked in the bathroom, we did mention it to the reception staff who offered to move us but all the family rooms were booked due to the cheer leading competition that weekend. The bath was dirty and stained.The window had mould all around it which was very concerning as my daughters bed was right next to the window. Was told by bar staff the till was closed when got to the bar at 22:00 but another member of staff said it would be 10mins as they were cashing up the till but the bar staff member kept turning guests away, when I questioned her asking if it was going to reopen she said well cashing up can take till 11:00 and plus I have to do clean up so I'm going to have to ask you to move or hoover around you. She was very rude. And every guest she was telling a different version too. Telling one it was closed because of a shift change and another that the bar was actually closed for the evening. After she had hooved she then served us but we could only use card which was fine but by that time the other guests wanting to get a drink had left. She made it quite hard for us to have a nice drink because of the constant noise she was making behind the bar, strorming past us to reception and slaming the bar hatch,she made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome and like we were the issue by wanting a drink at the bar, we quickly drank and returned to our room. We could not fault the reception and or breakfast staff they were amazing and helped us book taxis and give us directions and local info they were always friendly and couldn't do enough.Its such a shame the hotel is not up to standard because the location is great and most the staff are amazing.

Very happy, great location, warm welcome from Rachael on reception, Room was lovely and clean, plenty of tea and coffee sachets available, Bar service was good, breakfast was great value. Overall a pleasant stay visiting our daughter in university ,

Superb welcome by Rachael, friendly attentive and humorous, room clean , bed comfy, quiet nights sleep after a busy cup night out 🦓 - we regularly stay here as it's on the quayside, good eateries within a stones throw and good bus link up toon

Helpful friendly staff. Natalie, on reception, could not be more helpful. Room a bit tired, could do with a socket next to the bed. Breakfast is very good. Brilliant location for access to city. Most things, including the football, are within easy walking distance.
