Great stay

房間是冷的，熱水是沒有的，毛巾是黑區區的。 這是人住的地方？問前台就回覆在修了，服了住三天修三天熱水是吧。**老外垃圾酒店，但凡説假話被車撞死我，看見的千萬別來。

Trabalho viajando e já estive em vários hotéis o hotel Leonardo em custo benefício e sempre a minha escolha, ótimas instalações, quartos espaçosos e aconchegantes, limpeza impecável e funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos

Just amazing! I would they an hour was ruined becasue of no hot water issue, but it was sorted

還行，早餐還行，前台還行 設施：正常，不會很老不會很新，手龍頭有點點問題而已 衞生：乾淨的 環境：還行，火車站走5分鐘 服務：可以的

Surprising good hotel. Not noisey . Bath and rooms reasonable and presentable. Bathroom could do with updating but no major issues or concerns Comfortable beds. Had family room and 2nd bed very generously sized

walking distance to most places, place was quiet, only downside is that the bin in the toilet wasn’t changed.

Modern court yard building looks top tier location and gives a sense of safety Restaurant and bar Ease of checking in Quiet 3 lifts together Good fire exits Sure there are a few more. Didn’t eat there but £18- 19 for a burger is a bit steep Negatives Staff could have helped a little more but not a big deal No cash policy Rooms are a little boring not 4 star NO USB PORTS IN ROOM. Come on it’s 2025 Slept on more comfortable beds very bouncy

외관이나 방 침대는 깔끔하고 괜찮았는데 난방 시스템도 조절할 수 없고, 화장실은 낙후돼서 세면대 물이 좀 새고, 샤워기는 사용하기 어렵게 되어있으며 온도 조절도 하기 어려워서 상당히 아쉬웠습니다.. 헤어드라이기는 바람이 미미하게 나오더니 급기야 작동을 멈췄습니다.. 레오나르도 맨체스터 피카딜리 지점은 4성급에 맞게 굉장히 깔끔하고 좋은 시설을 갖췄는데 호텔의 명성에 맞는 시설 개선이 필요해 보입니다. 그래도 하룻밤 잘 묵고 갑니다.

Nice to stay for one night and close to the train station! Quite and bed was comfy!
