Holiday Inn Newcastle - Jesmond arvostelua

The staff was super kind and helpful! They helped us check-in early and ALSO check-out later with no issue whatsoever! We also had an issue with the electricity in our room and, after explaining them the situation, they very promptly gave us another room so we could get ready for our event! Not only, in the end there was no need for another room because they rapidly fixed the issue! Would 100% recommend! The location was also great for both short Uber trips and short walking based on what you prefer/need!

Good location for downtown . We were made to pay again by the receptionist although we had fully paid via Ctrip and it took 1 month to get a refund so the staff need to be trained. Apart from this the service was ok. There was no phone in the room so we could order room service from the room.
