The service was good at the reception was good. Great location just opposite Central Station. But the hotel lacks amenities like slippers, shower caps etc.

Great location though a bit of noise audible from the bars around at night.  This did seem to ease off after midnight however.  Room itself nice and clean, bathroom very nice.  The breakfast is just ok but can’t complain if included at the price.  Overall would recommend.

Sofa bed was not very comfortable to sleep, otherwise rest was good. Need more varieties for vegetarians in breakfast.

Very convenient location, across from train station and a 10 min walk to town/shopping areas. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Good breakfast spread.

Perfect location to explore the city, literally opposite the train station and metro for easy access to travel options but despite the nightlife, no noise from revellers and got a good night's sleep. Great views across the city, staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was spot on. Would absolutely stay again. The only negative was that one of the two lifts was out of order so you were stood waiting a while if you're on a high floor or couldn't manage the stairs.

The stay was decent for the price paid, though a few things could be improved. The food options were average – nothing particularly memorable, but edible. Do note that basic amenities like toothpaste and toothbrushes aren't complimentary here; you'll need to purchase them separately (packing your own is advisable). On the upside, the rates are undeniably affordable compared to nearby options. If you're on a tight budget and don't mind minimalist accommodations, this might work for short stays. Manage expectations regarding extras and dining quality.

除了位置還好，其它都一般般🤨早餐也沒什麼可選，洗澡水非常小，房間隔音也不太好，床墊和床上用品都比較舊，下次再來一定不會再選它☹️

Fantastic location directly opposite the central station. Great access to the town centre. Clean and spacious rooms with all the main amenities. Good free buffet breakfast and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend for any future Newcastle stay.

Clean and well situated hotel. Was noisy throughout the night as we had a room on the front facing the train station but as we had been out for a few drinks this wasn't a major issue. Staff very good and reasonable value for money.
