We stayed in a room overlooking the roadway and (I think) our room's double glazing was compromised as we could clearly hear the noise of every passing car - some which were boy racers with high revs. We complained to reception (as they asked how our night had been) and they apologised. Wether they reported it I don't know.

Bed comfy, room warm enough, good size room. Kettle & Tea Coffee Mil & Sugar. Stairs only to 2nd floor. Only issue I felt, was bed too close to wall when getting in/out, considering size of room. Karen was so lovely & helpful as I was booking online and nearly booked wrong area & price

Not been updated for many years but clean, quite quiet considering its located in Motorway Services. Karen in reception is lovely & helpful. Room 223 Bed too close to wall in my opinion, considering size of the room.

We had a great stay in this hotel . It’s clean and comfortable . The highlight was for sure the wonderful warm welcome we received from Karen at the front desk ! It’s a great location and good value for what they offer . Thanks and hope to see you again

Great location, friendly staff. Karen checked us in and she was very pleasant and helpful! Plenty of parking, comfortable beds, road noise not too bad at night. Stay here frequently when visiting family in the area, and would recommend for a stay on a budget.

Best help I've had anywhere any time of day or night friendliest receptionist was Alex any problems he will help you out have a good laugh aswell best place I've been to in a while beds are so comfy and the water is actually hot in the bathroom compared to some places

We were only there one night, hotel was clean, tidy and had all the basics you would need. I had been in an accident previously and was traveling en route to the airport so was struggling physically. The staff made the stay. Karen (day shift) and Fiona (nightshift), could not have done more to help. Gave me all the information that I required and told me exactly where I should go and what to do. Big thanks to them. Not much to do outside the place, as it is situated on the motorway. There is a 24 garage and Greg's and Burger King, Burger King actually cook your food fresh, which was surprising. Thanks to the staff again.

Great place for a short stay only stayed 1 night beds were comfy girl who checked me in was lovely didn’t catch her name unfortunately checked out by Chelsea checked out quite early in the morning she recommended some places to get a grab to eat before my travels Overall great stay!
