We stayed in a room overlooking the roadway and (I think) our room's double glazing was compromised as we could clearly hear the noise of every passing car - some which were boy racers with high revs. We complained to reception (as they asked how our night had been) and they apologised. Wether they reported it I don't know.

Basic room, clean enough, room door was a bit iffy so didn't sleep that well but was only staying for 1 night ! Felt it was more for workers travelling between jobs. Had a burger bar and Greggs adjacent so ok for a quick bite to eat although didn't use it. Probably wouldn't stay again unless really had to.

Just left this morning lovely little hotel had a great sleep! Girl on reception this morning was lovely her name was Chelsea helped me with all of my luggage as I had to swap vehicles and it was a lot great customer service hotel smells fresh and clean room was great will definitely be staying here again

Carpark crawling with rats. I counted 18 at one point. Corridor at the top of stairs smelt like dead rats. Horrible experience would not return

Whilst staying away many years I have stayed at numerous hotels, some good and some bad. This hotel is cheap but the standard is high and may I add the staff members are welcoming. I’ve been working up here recently and have been greated a majority of the time by a gent called Alex, always polite and can’t do enough to help and always very accommodating with needs.

Last minute booking it was very clean the girl on reception so helpful but jolted awake before 6am with noise that loud I walked to the reception in my pjs!! Thinking it was the laundry room I was next to the washer or dryer banging. It wasn't. But a faulty shower in the room above me. This went on for the next 45 mins so no getting back to sleep.i was told.the manager was due to.come in.30 mins The poor response was sorry! Not much point in just sorry! I promptly left. I was there less then 10 hours! Should have carried on driving

Lovely Friendly Helpful Staff 😊 Clean fresh smelling large room 😊 plenty of towels 😊 Fairly quiet 😊 stayed a few times now always Get a good night's sleep 😊😊 Plenty of on sight parking which is Free 😊 Will be back again soon as good value for money 😊

Karen on reception gave us a lovely, friendly welcome. Rooms clean and comfortable. There is some noise from the road but that is to be expected. I hate littering and there is a lot of litter on the car park. Could do with more bins or someone to regularly pick it up. This may not be the hotels responsibility. Good location for our trips up the coast and a wedding at a nearby venu.
