Convenient

酒店給我安排再來一個一樓健身房對面的房間，這幾天住在裏面完全沒有辦法休息，對方一直在開門蹦蹦蹦蹦噪音很大，沒有辦法休息，跟前台人員協調答應好了幫我換房間，但是也沒有幫我換房間，他們沒有履行承諾也沒有服務，總之服務很差，也不會為客户着想，非常失望

Hotel was clean. I liked the coffee shop in the lobby. The empanadas and bacon egg and cheese sandwich were great! The view from hotel room was not bad either.

방에서 바퀴벌레만 세 마리 만났고요.. 이상한 더듬이 긴 애들도 있었어요 화장실 하수구 아니면 환풍구? 통해서 들어오는거 같아요. 밤 중에 화장실 문 열었는데 바로 앞에 또 바퀴 ㅋㅋㅋ 에어프레미아 타고 온거라 공항 근처 숙소로 잡은 건데 벌레 때문에 잠을 제대로 못자요. 방은 넓습니다. 정말 잠만 자는 용으로 예약한거라 그나마 다행인듯 잠잘때도 짐 다 싸서 혹시라도 벌레 안들어가게 했네요

離機場很近，但是不吵。到機場的穿梭巴士很方便。房間網速快！

房間煙味很重。房間裏放了兩顆糖卻沒有放礦泉水，這讓人無法理解。退房時間是早上11點前，查房人員非常粗暴的敲門態度很不好，不好的體驗。早餐的水果很不新鮮。

方便不乾淨看見很多毛髮在洗手間，淋浴室也是下水有問題

離紐瓦克機場直線距離衹有3公里，但是需要先搭乘小火車再轉酒店穿梭bus，大概需要半小時一趟。去市區的話，打車大概非高峯期60，火車16.8單程，不過需要轉乘到pennstation站。 大部分都是團隊旅客，所以可能算是性價比比較高的酒店，早餐可以現場付款19一個人。 整體還算寬敞，但設施相對比較老。 沒有礦泉水，這邊水質很差，前台要$6，紐約水確實貴。但是咖啡還算齊全。 衹能4點後入住，不知是統一規定還是對散客單獨要求了😂 巴士團旅遊代金券:沒有收到任何提示和訊息。

Being an airport hotel, it is very convenient that there is a free airport shuttle. Also because there’s absolutely nothing around the hotel and it takes long to get to anywhere. So far I’ve stayed in a lot of Holiday Inns and the service was always great. However at this hotel, the receptionists seem to have an attitude problem. Do not expect any type of service at all; no luggage rack, not possible to change room, no late check out. They didn’t seem to bother at all about anything or anyone and would just roll their eyes right in front of the guests. The shuttle drivers, on the other hand, were genuinely nice and definitely more service oriented. There was also some event or party going on and it was very loud in the lobby two days in a row. The room was clean and well kept.
