幫同事訂購的，在美國辦理業務，這個地理位置＋費用都比較合適，最重要的是可以在國內直接預訂上，很便捷。酒店環境也是有保障。

非常糟糕的體驗，Check in的時候説沒有收到攜程的錢，讓我在前台等了一個小時，後面又付了一次才給辦理入住，然後給了一個裡面有客户的房間，尷尬，又下樓給前台溝通換房間，一開始還質疑我們是不是走錯房間，直到此房間的客人也下樓前台才承認錯誤，最後Check out的時候説還要再付一次錢，經過一番交涉，説不需要了，還把第二次的房款退給我們了，整個過程又是半個多小時，太心累了，幸虧攜程客服一直協助溝通，要不然真得很氣人😡

Good location descent rooms bad lift

Had an amazing time exploring the city - the hotel is perfectly located, a short walk from anywhere you’d like to see; Central Park, time square, Rockefeller plaza, Penn Station, all within 10-20 minutes. The concierge desk was very helpful, and despite it being thanksgiving, the ladies working were engaging and considerate - all too happy to give me and my husband excellent recommendations for what to do on our one night stopover. It was a shame then, to arrive at our room and spot a few hairs on an uncleaned bathroom and shower floor, with what looked like a bit of rolling tobacco in the toilet. If we’re paying for the Hilton, even if it is a business hotel, we’re expecting the bathroom to be clean, especially as it takes up half the room. We paid extra for the view and it didn’t disappoint. A shame that we had to miss breakfast - served from 7am, we had to leave for our flight so I can’t really comment on that. All in all a great experience. My husband mentioned the lack of cleanliness and the desk did give us a small reimbursement- basically just waived the “city charge” of around $30. Would definitely go back, there’s a breakfast that needs to be sampled.

地點不錯，環境乾淨，但第一天飯店櫃檯有點欺騙方式說入住需要額外收取每天30元美金的飲料零食費(可以折抵飲料零食），結帳時發現只要有拿才扣款，事後發現並不需要拿那些飲料零食，也被額外收取約 8000元台幣的飲料零食費用。那些零食飲料若是在超市買不需要這麼多錢。服務真的有點糟！！！！

酒店地理位置不錯，去時代廣場第五大道都很近

1. The lift is horrible, was more than 10min wait at around 10am breakfast rush hour. I had to get down half an hour earlier to avoid that rush hour when I was leaving on the last day. 2. The air conditioning is very very noisy. Room facilities are very old. 3. The complimentary happy hour drink is very hard to get, there is always a long queue. 4. Breakfast is always crowded and not very good quality.

總體不錯，入住率很高，早上等電梯的時間會比較久一些。

價格和同地區酒店一樣，但是整體的環境，設施，體驗，都很一般

大廳裝修現代，總體都很小 大廳小，房間很小，和國內招待所差不多吧 層高也很低 ，體驗不好👎，一大早不停敲門，糟糕 下次不會再來

不推薦，整體感受不好。

出差去紐約住的這家酒店，酒店整體設施還行，房間很緊湊，交通非常方便，出門步行5分鐘左右酒店市區核心路段。
