酒店很新，位置很棒，幾分鐘就到times square，周邊很多餐廳超市，距離火車站10分鐘步行，很推薦！服務很專業，直接提要求前台會trying，專業，讓我的第一次紐約之旅很驚艷… 如果介意房間很小的話可以再考慮下，就是真的很小，託運的行李箱放不下的那種小😅

Tidy room

Great hotel, very comfortable. Reasonably priced considering NYC prices. Location is not too far from central touristy attractions, but this neighbourhood is a little dangerous especially at night.

位置離時代廣場或賓州車站衹有4條街的距離方便但房內沒有咖啡機，沒有吹風機（應該是漏放，後來一樓櫃枱要了一個）

The location and staff are great

Room is small but it’s very clean and modern . Location is perfect and lots of restaurants around . Love the memo board ppl can write the note there, such a good memory ! Definitely I will come back again !

뉴욕 중심에 있어 위치가 좋아 이곳저곳 다니기 편합니다 방이 좁은편이라 캐리어 놓기 좀 불편했지만 호텔 자체가 깔끔하고 좋았습니다 혼자 여행 가시는 분들에게 추천!

I love Arlo. I stay at Arlo pretty often. But this time was off. I came back to my room in the evening, they cleaned it, but they didn’t take out the trash from the terrace and it started the rain. And I didn’t have coffee capsules (pods) at all. I called to reception and girl was like oh do you have a coffee machine in your room I was like yes I do. And a guy came at 11pm and was cleaning the terrace.
